New
York City News
- September 2021
Just
the facts. You decide what to believe
October 4,
2021 Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro stated that vaccine passports
are about population control, rather than medical safety.
October 4,
2021 Thousands of NYC school teachers have been suspended because
they have declined to take the experimental Covid Vaccination.
October 1,
2021 Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh tested positive for Covid 19.
September 29,

just one dollar for all products that they sell has announced that
because of inflation, they will be increasing their prices on select items.

an estimated 1,277,696 violent crimes, an increase of 29.4% compared
to 2019.
September 28,

and doctors, refuse to take the mandated experimental vaccination.
September 25,

exemptions before the September 27th deadline.
September 25,
2021 New York Subway riders tore down advertisements from a popular
dating site declaring them to be "vulgar, and disgusting",
to the cheers of other strap hangers. In the past, there was an MTA
committee that would consider all advertisements to weed out
offensive adds. Apparently that is no longer the case.
September 23,
2021 It was revealed that the average age of a Covid death was
greater than the average life expectancy age. In the UK, it is 82.5
years, Germany 83 years, Switzerland 86 years, Italy 86 years, Canada
86 years, USA 78 years and Australia 82 years. Further it was
revealed that an astounding 99.2% of the Covid deaths had at least
one other serious illness (comorbidity), including heart disease,
dementia, cancer diabetes and other pre existing conditions. Further,
over half had three or more serious pre existing conditions.
Curiously, the overall death rate around the world has not increased
since the start of the Covid pandemic.
September 23,
2021 Thousands of anti-vaccination and anti lockdown protesters in
Switzerland have protested vaccination rules. There protests were met
with water cannons .
September 23,
2021 President of Croatia has declared that Covid Vaccinations will
not be required anymore. He joins several other countries who have
declared the same. On the other hand, neighboring Slovenia has
declared that people who have not taken the vaccination will not be
allowed to buy gasoline.
September 23,
2021 Americans are taking the Covid vaccinations at the slowest rate
since July.
September 22,
2021 Catholic schools have been sued demanding a suspension for the
Covid 19 Vaccination. Further, some individuals, claiming religious
exemptions state that the experimental vaccines were tested on
aborted baby cell lines. The Conference of Catholic Bishops as well
as Pope Francis has stated that under certain conditions, it is
permissible to accept such vaccinations, for the greater good.
September 22,
2021 Countrywide, home sales prices are down for a second month and
the number of sales has dropped from a year ago.
September 21,
2021 Some economists are now estimating that inflation may be as high
as 20%. The Federal Reserve stated that it believes that inflation
will level off in 2022.
September 21,
2021 Melbourne Australia. Massive anti-Lockdown protests have
occurred throughout Australia. Australia has been condemned for the
excessive force used to enforce the lockdown rules.
September 21,
2021 New York, NY The NYC Department of Transportation have declared
September 20 to September 27 "Gridlock Alert Days". This is
because of the United Nations is having its annually General Assembly
and many world leaders will be in the city. For security and for
their comfort, many midtown streets are expected to be closed. Also,
the FDR highway will have periodic closures. It is best to avoid
midtown and the midtown east during this period.
September 20,
2021 Black Lives Matter has declared that New York City's vaccine
mandate is racist and descrimatory against blacks.
September 20,
2021 Vatican City. Pope Francis has banned the unvaccinated from
entering the Vatican. One might ask, where is his trust in God.
September 20,
2021 New York City. Revel electric motorcycles are not prohibited on
the Queensboro bridge and the Manhattan bridge.
September 19,
2021 New York City. the highly unpopular "congestion
pricing" may finally become a reality in New York City.
Businesses, taxi companies and the remaining middle class, as well as
people coming into the city from the outlying boroughs are very much
opposed to this new tax. If "congestion pricing" becomes a
reality, the price to enter Manhattan would be from $7 to $45.
Businesses feel that they will lose significant customers, while at
the same time, the cost to ship products to the stores will increase.
They further feel that this additional tax will be another hurdle for
small businesses who are already suffering from the questionable
lockdowns or last year and earlier this year.
September 19,
2021 New York, NY Another huge rally against the recent Draconian
measures taken by New York City to allegedly control the Covid virus
took place today. Tens of thousands of people participated in this
rally at time square including a large number of people of blacks,
Latinos, Asians and Whites, chanted "We will not comply",
"my body, my choice!", "no vaccine mandates", and
"We are not slaves". The recent vaccine passport has
greatly effected the Black community since it is estimated that only
12% have taken one of the experimental vaccines. Many Blacks equate
what it happening to the Jim Crow laws of the south in the 1920's to
1950's. The idea of not being allowed into restaurants, bars and
entertainment venues is akin to some Blacks as being forced to the
"Back of the Bus" as Rosa Parks was in Montgomery Alabama
in 1954, which set of the modern civil rights movement. Many people
question the science behind the vaccination mandates, particularly
when the scientific data seems to suggest that the vaccines do not
seem to protect the vaccinated from either Covid or from the
unvaccinated. there is also great concern regarding the safety of the
vaccinations, considering the large number of people who have
apparently died from the vaccination or who have experienced
significant side effects, as shown on the U.S. Government website
"Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System" at Vaers.hhs.gov .
September 18,
2021 New York, NY The 64th annual General Von Steuben Day parade was
held on Fifth Avenue from 68th Street to 86 Street. George Washington
was essentially losing the Revolutionary War, when General von
Steuben approached Genera Washington and explained how to organize
and revamp the Continental Army in order to make the army into an
effective fighting machine and ultimately gain independence from
Britain. George Washington repeatedly wrote that the war would have
been lost, had it not been for General Von Steuben. General Von
Steuben's military guide to officers was used to train the U.S. Army,
with modifications, till this day.
September 17,
2021 Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has accused the Biden
administration of seizing monoclonal antibadies, which some believe
can effectively treat Covid patients.
September 16,
2021 Nobel prize winner, Dr. Luc Montagnier, the discoverer of the
HIV virus, has warned of devastating long term effects from Covid 19
vaccinations. Dr. Montagnier was awarded the Nobel Prize for medicine
in 2008 for his discovery of the Human Immunodificiency Virus or HIV.
September 16,
2021 Covid 19 cases have spiked at Cornell University, even though
95% of the students have been vaccinated. This brings into question
of the effectiveness of the vaccination and also the effectiveness of
the Emergency Authorization of experimental, essentially untested drugs.
September 16,
2021 Dr Anthony Fauci stated that he would favor a vaccine mandate
for air travel, thus limiting the rights of the unvaccinated from traveling.
September 14,
2021 Tens of thousands of people are protesting the Covid 19 vaccine
mandate in lower Manhattan. This is one of the largest protests that
the City of New York has seen in years. Most people are shocked by
the sudden elimination of basic rights that have been guaranteed in
the Constitution and basic natural rights. The right to work, pursuit
of happiness, enjoying social events or simply eating in restaurants
or the basic notion of my body, my choice. The country is clearly
being divided and this division has the potential to not end well.
September 14,
2021 It has been revealed that Congress and Federal Judges are exempt
from President Biden's vaccine mandate. It was further clarified that
the United States Postal Service, being an independent entity, is not
exempt from the vaccination mandate, however workers have a choice of
being vaccinated or being tested once a week.
September 14,
2021 A Michigan Health Car System (Spectrum Health) stated that
workers with Natural Immunity do not need to vaccinate immediately
and have granted them a temporary stay.
September 13,
2021 The White House cut off President Biden's microphone during a
live stream, when the President went off script. This has happened
before. It is unusual for the President of the United States to be
censored by his own staff.
September 13,
2021 According to the government funded VAERS, which lists reported
adverse reactions to all vaccinations, an average of 70 people per
day have died since July 24, 2021, because of the Covid Vaccination.
Officially any deaths that occur within the first 14 days of
vaccination are listed as Covid. After 14 days, it is a matter of
question if the death was caused by the Covid vaccination or if the
death was simply coincidental. Since July 24, 2021, 3,296 people have
died, and thousands of people have had adverse reactions, some life
changing, allegedly from the vaccination.
September 13,
2021 Washington DC. Apparently in order to encourage vaccinations,
the city plans to go door to door and if necessary, come back 4, 5,
or 6 times a day.
September 13,
2021 New York, NY NYC's indoor vaccine mandate officially starts
today. At all indoor dinning and social events, patrons must show
proof that they have been vaccinated. The fines to the business owner
starts at $1,000 and repeat violations up to $5,000. Some say that up
to 60% of NYC has been vaccinated, though others dispute this number.
Thirteen city agencies are responsible to enforce this new vaccine
mandate including the Department of Consumer Affairs, Department of
Environmental Protection, Department of Buildings, Department of
Transportation, Parks department, Sanitation department, FDNY,
Housing Preservation and Development, Office of Special Enforcement,
Street Condition Observation Unit, the Sheriffs office and the Taxi
& Limousine Commission. How inspections will be conducted,
without violating Federal Law is a matter of question, since asking a
person their medical status would seem to violate the Americans With
Disability Act and also portions of the Hippo rules. Further, it is
estimated that only 12% of blacks has been vaccinated. Are they to be
prevented from enjoying indoor dining. One might further ask if the
vaccines are effective, why would it matter if unvaccinated people do
as they please? The notion that the unvaccinated effects the
vaccinated seems to defy science.
September 13,
2021 New York, NY At a large liberal Democratic fund raising event,
costing $35,000 per person. held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art
N.Y. Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez wore a white dress with a
large, red, lettering stating "Tax the Rich". Considering
that everyone at the event would be considered wealthy, one can not
overlook the irony and hippocracy of the dress. One may further
question, "why should the rich be taxed at all? After all, they
are the ones who create all of the jobs!".
September 11,
2021 Today is the twentieth anniversary of the World
Trade Center attacks of September 11, 2001. One of the best
accounts including not seen anywhere else photographs of 911 is the
original Frank X. Didik's for News1 account of the aftermath of the
attacks. Our story has been repeated around the world and is also
mentioned numerous times in the official Seven World Trade Center
NIST report. Your can access Mr. Didik's original report and
photographs here.

September 9,
2021 President Biden has issued an executive order that orders all
companies with over 100 employees, to make sure that their workers
are Covid vaccinated. Thirteen states have passed laws prohibiting
companies from ordering workers to be vaccinated in order to work.
The U.S. Constitution states that states have the right to make their
own laws, if the Federal Government does not have a law covering a
particular area. It remains to be seen if a presidential decree
carries that same weight as a law created by Congress. The official
estimate is that two thirds of the country has been vaccinated,
however many people question that statistic. Many people feel that
this presidential decree will divide the country.
September 8,
2021 President Biden has fired key Trump military appointees. The
normal appointment time is 3 years, which is written into the law, so
it remains to be seen what will happen.
September 8,
2021 NYPD officers are ordered to take the Covid vaccine or be
tested, at their own expense, on their own time, once a week for the virus.
September 2,
2021 A massive rainstorm hit New York City and the surrounding area
causing over 50 deaths. Some subway stations were completely filled
with water. Many cars along low lying highways are under water.
Washington
D.C.J une 15, 2021 Vice President Kamala Harris hosted a
dinner party for the 24 women senators. Some have questioned her
declared inclusiveness, considering that only woman were invited.
June 12, 2021 A
federal judge has put on hold, New York States plan of demanding that
broadband companies charge only $15 per month to low income New Yorkers.
June 11, 2021
California and the entire west coast of the United States is facing a
sever draught that may well effect food prices in the United States.
May 30, 2021 A
cold spell has hit New York City, with temperatures about 20F lower
than normal, with a high today expected to be only 49F.
May 18, 2021
According to Newsweek magazine, the Pentagon employs over 60,000
undercover operatives to carry out various domestic and foreign
operations on the net and media.
May 17, 2021 The
United States Supreme Court issued a decision that struck down a
Rhode Island police policy of carrying out warrantless searches for
firearms in homes under the "Community Caretaking Function".
Gun owners feel that this is a huge countrywide win for them.
May 14, 2021
California. Prince Harry, the British royal, declared that the
American First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution is
"bonkers". The first Amendment guarantees freedom of speech
and freedom of the press, which is one of the reasons why the 13
colonies broke away from British rule, fighting a bloody war from
1774 till 1783.
May 11, 2021
Washington DC 124 former United States generals and admirals signed a
letter declaring that the United States was in grave danger. The
letter seemed to claim that the election was stolen, that the country
was turning socialist and that the Covid-19 pandemic has been
exaggerated. This represents about 20% of the total number of flag
officers, had they still been on duty.

Brief Comments
A
reminder to fellow
citizens When
you walk down the street, just remember that every person who you
pass by, regardless of their race or physical appearance, or if they
are rich or poor, has their own goals and aspirations, trials and
tribulations and each person must be treated with basic respect and dignity.
It is essential to
individualize and not generalize. Each group has their good and bad
and one must not fall into the trap of assuming that everyone in a
particular group is the same or thinks the same. Sometimes in our
rush or arrogance, we forget these basic truths.

Mr. Eric Adams
as the next mayor for the City of New York. Mr. Adams has served New
York City in many capacities including being a police officer, a
state senator and presently the Brooklyn Borough President. I can
testify that Mr. Adams has gone out of his way to serve the people of
New York. For example, he made is a point to personally come and
attend relatively small, downtown Brooklyn community meetings. He was
so modest, that many people did not realize that he was the Brooklyn
Borough President. We are confident that Mr. Adams will be the mayor
for all the people in New York City and will bring back law and

the envy of the world. We endorse Mr. Eric Adams as the next Mayor
for the City of New York.

A
$40 per hour minimum
wage? ...Frank
X. Didik, September 22, 2021
In
1962, the average 35 year old working man was able to support a
wife, 3 or 4 children, own a house in the suburbs, have 2 cars and
had enough money to go on a vacation once or twice a year. Today, it
takes two highly educated people working to buy a small one or two
bedroom coop or condo, car ownership is rare and they can only afford
to have one or two children at best. To achieve what a man in 1962
made per week and to regain the standard of living of that time, the
minimum wage must be increased to $40 per hour. The gradual decline
over the past 60 years should be changed. Perhaps "shock
treatment" that was recommended to the former communist
countries in Eastern Europe by "experts" from leading
American Universities, should be the guide for this sudden increase
in the average (minimum) wage. Several things would happen. First,
people would initially spend much more money and this would almost
instantly create huge demand. At the same time, it is very possible
that prices would go up, though perhaps not as fast as one might
expect, since production efficiency is much greater today than in
1962. Finally, it might be necessary to implement trade barriers.
This of course would run counter to the direction of globalism.
Perhaps it is time to modify the notion of globalism and take into
account the different global cultures, work ethics and achievements.
Inflation.
Apparently, inflation is back, though not as severe as in 1980-1982. Items
such as housing purchases, used automobiles, fuel and food has
increased by a fairly high amount, with some estimating this to be
about 15% over the past four months.

From the right,
Frank Didik, Dr. Eric Bitterman, Chairman of Deutche Welle, Dr.
Jachem Reppmann, and publisher Walter at the Von Steuben formal event
in New York City. Though Frank Didik does not have any German
background, he enjoys the inginuety and drive of the German people.
Massive
inflation coming? Frank
X. Didik, January 2, 2020. At the start of 2020, it is estimated
that the United States national debt was 21 Trillion dollars. As of
January 2, 2021, as a result of the vast "printing" of
additional money for Covid Relief and other expenses, this debt is
estimated at just under 30 trillion dollars. Surely, one would think
that a 30% increase in money supply would lead to significant
inflation, but this has not happened. I believe that this is
primarily because of vast production surpluses, on every level
including manufacturing, services and farming. Robotics, efficient
computerized allocation of resources and transportation has produced
enough for everyone, without pressure on the market.
DO
NOT DEFUND THE POLICE With
skyrocketing crime, it is clear that NYC must have an effective and
well funded NYPD otherwise we will be like the wild west.
Remote
working, office space, the diminished need for employees Frank
X. Didik, January 1, 2020 It
is fascinating to note that as a result of the government imposed
Covid-19 restrictions, that for a period of time, an estimated 30% of
the population was out of work, and yet the country did not
experience any long term shortages, in any area. One might say that
this is a wake-up call for companies to show them that they have too
many redundant employees. read

Defund?
Some anti-police groups have called for the defunding of the police
around the country. Question: late at night, if you are traveling in
an empty subway car and two police officers come on, do you feel
threatened or are you relieved and hope that they stay on for the
duration of your trip? The answer is obvious. The police are
essential to maintaining order in any society.

Reason,
Logic and intellect is not reliable.
The late Christopher Hitchens often stated that we should rely on our
logic, reason and intellect to determine the truth. Many people who
pride themselves as educated, intelligent and progressive believe the
same. As reasonable as this seems, Galileo proved over 400 years ago
that our logic, reason and intellect is unreliable and that only
direct experimental data, should be relied upon. Galileo had dropped
two balls of the same material, but different masses, from the
Leaning Tower of Pisa to demonstrate that they would hit the ground
at the same time, rather than the heavier ball hitting the ground
first, as almost everyone, including Aristotle, 2000 years ago, had
assumed. Our logic, reason and intellect is not reliable and should
only be viewed as speculation. Only direct experimentation and
obtaining the same results, over and over again should be relied upon.

Old
Computer Formats and the longevity of our digitally stored
knowledge. Are
we entering into a "pre-history" era? How can we preserve
our computer written records, books, photographs, video and
knowledge? We must have an international agreement and an
organization, perhaps under auspices of the United Nations, dedicated
to preserving our global digital records so that future generations
can access the information and knowledge that we store on computer
readable formats.
If
you wanted to, would you be able to read a:
3
1/2" or 5 1/4" or 8" floppy?
cd-rom
or a dvd?
12"
optical disk?
9
track tape?
IBM
punch card?
Paper
punch tape?
If
you can not read these one or two generation old formats today, how
will society be able to read these documents in 200 years from now?
In a few years, our latest computer formats and storage devices, such
as USB drives, will also be obsolete. I have deep concerns about the
longevity of our knowledge and of computer records, ...read

What
is the speed of gravity? If it is instantaneous, then what if
gravity can be modulated? Today
most scientists, assume that the speed of gravity is the same as the
speed of light, but what if the speed of gravity is instantaneous?
Further, if gravity can be modulated, it might allow for
instantaneous universal communication. Thus it might be possible to
communicate with space craft instantly, rather than waiting for
minutes for transmissions to reach the craft or earth. Perhaps
computer chips can be made to operate vastly faster. And this is just
the beginning since ...read

Producing
the very best and most effective TV commercials
The single purpose of a television commercial is to sell the product
or service. The fact that an advertisement might be interesting,
funny, informative or well produced is secondary to the main purpose,
which is to sell the product or service. One should never leave the
creation of the television commercial to the television producer or
the video editor. ...

Questioning
the results of modern science. For
the last 100 years, we have been experiencing the collapse of real
science. Theories, speculation and fantasy is the norm today. By
definition, the scientific method is the ability to test and re-test
and always get the same results, over and over. If an idea or a
theory can not be tested, the idea must be viewed as speculation and
not considered true, till that idea is proven without a doubt.
Scientific theory has moved to areas that are beyond our present
capability of testing and gradually a number of unproven theories
have become accepted as fact without any real proof. Further, new
theories have been developed based on old theories. Thus we have a
situation where science today is largely based on theory upon theory.
If something can not be proven, it falls into the realm of philosophy
rather than science. This has led to...read

Science
and media hype: Any
sudden "revolutionary" scientific discovery, even if such
discovery is written about in every newspaper and scientific journal,
should be greeted with skepticism. Such a discovery should only be
accepted after the bulk of scientists have have had a chance to
review the discovery and confirm that it is in fact correct. Such
things that come to mind include cold fusion, the so called "God
Particle" and even the recent stated discovery of a
"gravitational wave". All too often such media hype has
come and gone without any real discovery or fundamental change. ..read
